Rocket Special with Fiona Raikes

Join us at Yoga Lab for a special event featuring Fiona Raikes, one of our former teachers, as she returns to offer a one-time masterclass in Hamburg. This one time masterclass will introduce you to a dynamic Rocket yoga-inspired sequence, complete with challenging transitions and a variety of arm balance variations. Please keep in mind that albeit this class is not suitable for complete beginners it welcomes practitioners of all levels who enjoy being physically challenged as it offers a unique opportunity to enhance your practice through optional advanced Asana variations.
